Ashley Nicole Sims of Aiken, S.C., and Calvin Samuel Tindall of Aiken, S.C., were married Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Millbrook Baptist Church. The Rev. Mike Chandler officiated.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Sims of Aiken, S.C. She is a granddaughter of Billy and Wynona Hyde and Mrs. Helen B. Sims and the late Mr. Lewis Sims.

The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Ivey Tindall III of Aiken, S.C. He is a grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Ivey Tindall Jr.

Junior maid of honor was Brooke Sims of Aiken, S.C. Maid of honor was Emalie Johnson of Aiken, S.C. Matron of honor was Brittany Tindall of Aiken, S.C. Bridesmaids were Adrienne Rector of Beaufort, S.C., cousin of the bride; Miranda Mauldin of Aiken, S.C., cousin of the bride; Melissa Rucker of Columbia, S.C., cousin of the bride; April Bracco of Aiken, S.C., friend of the bride; Becky Shaw of Aiken, S.C., sister-in-law of the groom; and Logan Doswell of Aiken, S.C., friend of the bride.

Johnnie I. Tindall III of Aiken, S.C., and Mike Shaw of Aiken, S.C., were the best men. Junior groomsman was Mason Shaw of Aiken, S.C., nephew of the groom. Groomsmen were Johnnie I. Tindall IV of Aiken, S.C., brother of the groom; Brandon Tindall of Aiken, S.C., brother of the groom; Nick Tindall of Aiken, S.C., brother of the groom; Michael Mauldin of Aiken, S.C., cousin of the bride; Andy Spoon of Aiken, S.C., friend of the groom; and Scottie West of Aiken, S.C., friend of the groom.

Scott Hyde and Tyler Tindall of Aiken, S.C., were the ringbearers. Jenna Shaw of Aiken, S.C., was the flower girl.

Following a reception in the Aiken Municipal Building, the couple left for a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn. They will reside in Aiken.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Aiken High School. She is a graduate of Aiken Technical College with a degree in medical assisting.

The bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of Aiken High School. He is employed by Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
