NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. – Entered into rest at his residence on Friday, February 22, 2013, Mr. Robert E. Hillman, 69, husband of Mrs. Karen Weaver Hillman, 1124 Audubon Road, North Augusta, SC.

Mr. Hillman was born in Langley, SC to the late Marvin and Vera Jarriel Hillman. He was a retired supervisor for Kimberly Clark with thirty years of service. He was a member of Christian Heritage Church and the Horse Creek Masonic Lodge #174 AFM. Mr. Hillman was a U.S. Army veteran.

Surviving with his wife Karen, are two daughters, Dina Wright (Skip), Aiken, SC and Paula Bultsma, Charlotte, NC; a sister, Kay Hillman, Graniteville, SC and five grandchildren: Tyler Gross, Layton Preuss, Adriana Bultsma, Logan Preuss and Noah Bultsma.

Mr. Hillman was a devoted South Carolina Gamecock Fan. His love for his wife, children and grandchildren was unconditional. He loved the Lord with all of his heart. His little dog, Honey, was his constant companion.

Funeral services will be on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Christian Heritage Church with Rev. Stephen Phillips officiating. Entombment will be on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.

Pallbearers will be Adrian Weaver, Kenny Hillman, Doug Silas, Terry Thompson, John Hardeman and Steve Weaver. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Jonathan Randall Sunday School Class.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to St. Joseph Hospice, his caregiver, Anly Widener, Dr. Donald Townsend and Oncology Associates of Augusta.

Friends may call at the residence or on Saturday from 4 until 6 p.m. at Christian Heritage Church, Graniteville, SC.
