AIKEN, SC – Entered into rest on Friday, February 22nd, 2013, Mr. Marion Daniel Amos, 63, of London Court, Aiken, SC. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Amos.

Surviving is a son, Daniel Amos (Natasha), Aiken, SC; a brother, U. S. Army Retired Col. Paul David Amos (Elaine), Fayetteville, NC; a granddaughter, Dessie Amos and nephews: Chris Amos, Kevin Amos, Russell Amos, Parker Amos, and nieces Kylie Amos and McKinsy Amos

Mr. Amos was born in Yokohama, Japan to the late Paul Asberry Amos, Jr. and Ruby Butler Amos. He was a retired planner for Searle Pharmaceuticals with 20 years of service. He loved fishing and spending time at Edisto Beach.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel.
