AIKEN – Ms. Frances Dorothy Singer, 93, died Friday, February 15, 2013.
Funeral services will be private.
She was born in New York, NY, a daughter of the late Arthur and Erna Haslob Miller. She was a retired librarian with the Prince Georges School District.
Survivors include her daughter, Erna Arkin, Aiken; son, Richard Singer, East Windsor, NJ; six grandchildren, David Arkin, Dayna Dennington, Laurel Singer, Karyn Singer, Hana Garfing, Daniel Garfing; four great grandchildren, Avery, Harper and Landon Arkin, Avery Boardman.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
