Wait six months
In response to the "Epileptic Drivers" TalkBack, the rules on driving after having a seizure vary from state to state. In South Carolina, you have to go six months without a seizure after having one before you're allowed to drive again. Also, I'd recommend talking to your doctor if you're still having seizures while on medication.
Disgusting how Jane Page Thompson, candidate for Probate Court Judge, hijacked the Red Cross Blood Drive for her own political gain. Surely her immense legal knowledge should have made her aware of the ramifications of this action. The Red Cross could be in danger of losing their tax exempt status.
It's 9 p.m. on a beautiful late summer evening. My windows and doors are wide open, taking advantage of the gentle breeze wafting into the rooms. Then, on that same breeze, comes the disgusting scent of burning trash! Windows and doors are quickly slammed shut; another evening ruined by a repulsive stink. Does anyone know who is responsible for the sickening stench that invades Sandstone, River Bluff and other neighborhoods west of Whiskey Road? If you are the guilty party, please stop burning your trash. My home smells like a smoldering landfill.
I am constantly disappointed with so many people who write in. They come from church, tell you to have a blessed day, then spew out hate and lies. Political and general statements, usually lies, aimed at hurting people. They should read Matthew 7:26, "If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless."
