These are the bookings recorded by the North Augusta Department of Public Safety for the dates of Feb. 15-21. Some of the people may not have spent time in jail if they posted bond and were released. Although those listed have been arrested and charged, that does not mean they have been found guilty.

Feb. 16:
Samuel Julius Harvin, 24, receiving stolen goods
Daphne Denise Boyd, 36, shoplifting (less than $2,000, first offense)
Anthony Dion Wright, 22, shoplifting (less than $2,000, second offense)
Feb. 17:
Frank Anthony Colafrancesco, 32, kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct
Feb. 18:
Rhonda S. Garner, 48, driving under the influence (first offense)
Toron Chrishawn Whiteside, 28, commitment warrant
Feb. 19:
Maria Renee Glover, 25, commitment warrant, theft of electrical current
Fred Basil Williams, 21, driving under suspension
Feb. 20:
Terrance Nevill McKie, 22, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within proximity of a school or park
Charnae Antwanette Mathis, 22, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within proximity of a school or park
Feb. 21:

Kevin Thomas Dyches, 30, criminal domestic violence (first or second offense)

Elton Lee McCall, 38, driving under the influence (first offense)
