Bees Buzz Feb. 14
Busy bees! Those two words definitely describe everyone at Hammond Hill. The first half of the school year at HHE has been very busy.
During the first half of this year, Hammond Hill was named a National Blue Ribbon School. We celebrated by having inflatables to jump on and yummy blue ice cream. In December, we opened our beautiful new courtyard. Our courtyard has a picnic area, amphitheater and fountain. I enjoy eating with a friend in the courtyard on the umbrella-covered picnic tables. During the first semester, I have worked hard to join the Double H Reading Club and learn all my multiplication facts. I am also on the Accelerated Reader Board because I have earned 20 points already this year.
Our 60th year has been one of the busiest! We are buzzing with excitement and looking forward to the rest of this school year.
