Support Fletcher Dickert for Council
North Augusta citizens, I am writing to show my support for Fletcher Dickert for City Council.
I recognized Fletcher's leadership personality several years ago and encouraged him to participate in the Leadership North Augusta program, Class 2011. He worked very hard on their group project, which brought the outdoor classroom to North Augusta Elementary School, and he now serves as the President-elect of the LNA Board of Directors.
Fletcher not only does a great job in that position, but is very active in the youth program at TrueNorth Church. He and his wife Ashley have built lasting relationships and set an example for the teens they work with at the church.
I see Fletcher as a great proponent of increased North Augusta development, but conservative enough to make wise and educated decisions. My belief is that he will protect the interests of our city, and yet work to cultivate new businesses that fit the atmosphere of our community.
As a local business owner in North Augusta, I believe that we can have more places in our town to shop and dine while keeping our small town feel if we have leaders that are passionate about all of our needs. Fletcher Dickert is that man.Shelley Craft
